The Moorish, heavenly taste of fudge was created around a hundred years ago. The exact origins of how fudge came about are unclear and often disputed, but folklore tells that it was created by accident when an apprentice made a mistake whilst trying to make a different kind of confectionary, most probably caramel.
Proof enough that not all mistakes are bad ones!!
Jasper Rock and Jade have been producing Homemade Gourmet Fudge for 30 years now, and it is more popular now than ever. We use only the finest ingredients, and always have huge variety of flavours to choose from, including some seasonal ones such as Eggnog for Christmas and Pumpkin Pie Fudge for Halloween.
Our fudge is made right here in the store, and the delicious smell wafting from the fudge kettle always draws a crowd to observe our `Fudge Chef` at work.
We cut our fudge fresh to order, not pre-packaged, and we offer free samples to customers in the store.
